FAQ

Q. What will we need  to bring with us?

A. Apart from your holidays staff, very
little.All bed linnen and towels are provided.You will need to take your own
beach towels however.


Q. I think we may require a taxi?

A. No problem. Tell us the number  in your
party, flight number,dates, arrival times and where you are going.We´ll do the
rest!


Q. I will probably need a car…Could I hire it from you?
A. Of course.We manage it for you without any extra cost for you.Click bellow of "Rent A Car On Line" on the main page and contact us by e-mail, we will do the rest

Q. Will the villa/apartment be equipped?

A. Yes, all our properties  are fully
equipped containing everything you will need to allow you to enjoy your
hollidays.

Q. Will there be a maid service?

A. Yes.The property will be cleaned each
week.If you require extra cleaning this can be arranged.There willl be an extra
cost which will need to be paid locally.


Q. What are the check in/out times?

A. Except by prior arrangement you will
required to check-in not before 3pm on the arrival date.You will be required to
chech-out by 10 am on the day of departure.


Q. What is the usual rental period?

A. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday,
unless by prior agreement.


Q. Is there a mininum rental period?
 
A. That depends of the property booked, in
villas and houses used to be one week , unless by prior agreement.


Q. If my holidays fall into 2 seasons, how do I calculate the price?

A. Take each saeson price per week and
divide by 7. This is the price per day (per seasson). Simply multiply these
figures by the number of days in each season and  add them together.


Q. How do I book/ reserve the property?

A. To secure a property we normally require
a 30%  booking deposit. The amount pending must be paid in cash on arrival.


Q. Can you accept Visa/Master Card ?

A. No, unfortunally we are not yet set-up
to accept Credit Cards.We accept bank transfer.To secure the booking we only
require copy of the bank transfer receipt via fax, it is not necessary that the
deposit moneis arrives to our account.


Q. Are pets allowed?

A. No,except with the prior consent of the
owner.


Q. How will be locate the property?

A. Shortly after  your booking we will
forward you maps, and directions explaining where to collect the keys. On
arrival date a person  will be waiting for you to leads you to the house or to
explain you where the property is.
