CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
Booking: A booking deposit of 30% of the total cost for the duration
of your stay must be paid when booking.This is non-returnable in the event
of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing by post or
fax, and signed by the person who signed the booking form.The balance has to
be paid by bank transfer or credit card 3 weeks before of the arrival.The
client is not allowed to access to the villa or apt. if the 100% of the
booking has not been paid.
Minimum
staying: Each villa or apt. has got its own conditions about minimum
staying.
Prices
In the price is included:
- Water,gas and electricity
- Bed linens and one set of towels per person (It is not allowed using the
towels to go to the beach or the swimming-pool)
- One change of towels & sheets will be made if you stay in the property
more than a week
- VAT
The only interpretation is the offered by SERVICIOS TURÍSTICOS SIERRA
ALMIJARA, for this reason we suggest the client to ask for any doubt he/ she
has before make a booking.
The rental period: Is from 15.00 pm on the day of arrival, up to 10 am
on the day of departure.Any variation of the times is by prior arrangement
onlyThe rental period will be arranged when the booking was confirmed.
Occupancy: The property is booked for normal holiday use only.The
number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy established,
unless prior permission is given for a baby cot or similar.Pets/animals are
not allowed except by prior consent of the owners.The company can proceed to
the eviction of the lodgement in case that the clients doesn´t cumply with
these terms and any complaint wiil be accepted.
All visitors are required to conduct themselve in an acceptable
manner.Disruptive behaviour caused by high music and/or late night/early
morning rowdiness will not be tolerated.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The client is the only respomsible to coose the sort of apartment or villa
he/she wishes to rent, for that reason, the Company will not proceed to the
change of property except if is due to circumstance beyond their control.We
suggest the clients ask for all the information they need to know to making
a free choice.
- Each villa and apartment is cleant and checked before the staying.If the
clients detects any irregulatity or deficence, must be notify to the Company
and the problem will be repaired.Any complaint after leave the apartment
won´t be attended.
- The company is not responsable of irregularities due to circumstances
beyond their control (serious averages in the General network of water or
electricity, etc), any complaint that doesn´t belong to the properties of
the apartment or villa or the complex in which the villa is situated won´t
be accepted.
- The Company is not responsible of burglaries or theft.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
When the clients makes a booking, he accepts every rental condition.The only
interpretation of these rental conditions is what is offered by SERVICIOS
TURÍSTICOS TRÍSTICOS SIERRA ALMIJARA SL.For that reason we suggest the
client asking any doubt.Any complaint which cmes from the client or fom
SEVICIOS TURÍSTICOS SIERRA ALMIJARA SL., will be submited to the
jurisdiction of Torrox (Málaga) court
